DCDC Programs
Summer of 2024 we were able to complete the sidewalk 'loop' to create a more Walkable Community from the business area to the school. This loop creates a safe environment for kids to walk to school and community members to get their steps in!
Additional fundraising efforts will expand the sidewalk into phase two which would lead out to Fogle Lake recreation area.
Trashcans were purchased for city beautification.
The city of Diagonal has approved a project bid to complete the curb and gutter project in 2023. This project will be paid by combining a grant awarded to DCDC and a donation from the Diagonal Lions Club. A map of the gutter project can be seen to the right.
